● Set personal monthly and annual sales objectives as well as work plan with efficient implementation. Timely report to supervisor work situation and summary, monthly sales performance and completion of work plan.
● Responsible for product quotation, sales contract or PI and strictly abiding by all the terms of contracts.
● Optimize order tracking, product delivery and after-sales quality service
● Actively penetrate to new market and potential customers and develop the ability to search for customers online.
● Timely reply to customers’ letter concerning feedback of all kinds of situations and report to supervisor about any significant information.
● Host domestic and foreign customers with enthusiasm
● Track order status and conduct pre-shipment inspection.
